INSPYR Solutions AI and Automated Employment Decision Tool Policy

This policy outlines usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including automated employment decision tools (“AEDT”), by INSYPR Solutions (the “Company”). In compliance with state and local law, including New York City Local Law 144, the Company may use an automated employment decision tool (“AEDT”) that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process applications for employment. The AEDT helps the Company ensure a fair and efficient hiring process through objective assessments.

Your information will be used by the Company for the purposes of carrying out its application and recruitment process. As part of this process, the Company retains data, including personal information, for as long as is reasonably necessary for the use of the tool. In the event that you are hired for the position to which you are applying, your data may become part of your employee records.

As required by New York City Local Law 144, the AEDT has been evaluated by an independent bias auditor. Results of the bias audit conducted by this auditor are available here: Audit Summary. The Company began using the AEDT on April 8th, 2025.
