Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team, with a focus on supporting our Parts and Distribution Centers. This role will be critical in managing and optimizing data processes across regions. You’ll work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to ensure clean, reliable, and synced data flows between our Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.  This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and reporting support for the Manhattan WMS, with a focus on SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence – Cognos-based reporting)
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data models to support both operational and leadership reporting
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies between Manhattan WMS and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
• Act as a subject matter expert on WMS data structures and warehouse logistics
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent reports
• Support teams with limited data structure knowledge, helping bridge gaps between business operations and technical systems

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence)
• Strong expertise in Power BI, particularly in data modeling and architecture (not just visualization)
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and logistics-related data

 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or other modern data integration platforms
