Title: Solution Architect (Business Applications/Integration)
Location: Fort Worth
Duration: Contract to hire or Direct Hire
Hourly Rate:  $ 130-160k plus bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a focus on business applications and integration, who can drive our technology strategy to the next level. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing integrated solutions using modern architectural patterns. Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus, as it will enhance the business's ability to meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Integration: Architect and design solutions that involve integrating cloud, on-premises, and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
• Salesforce: Utilize Salesforce experience to design solutions that effectively integrate with existing systems and processes.
• Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and advocate for creating robust technological solutions that meet business goals.
• System Analysis: Perform business and systems analysis to understand business needs and translate them into efficient architectural designs.
• Technical Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of architectural frameworks and design patterns to facilitate scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end process design and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in the technology sector with a focus on software development.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and systems design.
  • 1-3 years in a leadership role such as principal engineer, tech lead, team lead, or architect.

• Certifications:

  • Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification preferred or to be acquired within the first 12 months.
  • SAFe Architect certification preferred or to be acquired within the first 12 months.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
• Software Development: Strong background in software development, proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with strategic thinking.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to success.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
