Title: Salesforce Technical Architect (Financial Force)
Location: Fort Worth
Duration: Contract 
Hourly Rate:  $ 85-95

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect for a short-term contract to help guide architecture decisions and ensure the successful delivery of key Salesforce initiatives. This is a hands-on architecture role working closely with stakeholders, developers, and admins to align business needs with scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable architecture
• Evaluate current org setup and provide guidance on improvements, performance optimization, and best practices
• Design and document data models, integration strategies, and system interfaces
• Ensure technical alignment with long-term goals and roadmap
• Provide guidance to development teams on platform limitations and optimal design patterns
• Help triage and resolve high-impact technical issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex/Lightning
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, 3rd-party systems)
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices for Salesforce (CI/CD, version control, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application/System Architect)
